Brad Rellinger is a Michigan native and has lived up north and on Walloon Lake for over 38 years. Brad graduated from Western Michigan University in 1991 and received his Real Estate License in 1995; Broker License in 2005. Brad joined his father in the Real Estate business with a strong focus on Walloon Lake and the Petoskey area. Brad has assisted many families in finding their dream home throughout northern Michigan and has exceptional knowledge of all the surrounding inland lakes, Mackinac Island and has a strong presence on Walloon Lake where he grew up.

Bernie came to Michigan from Austria in 1983 to teach skiing in Boyne Highlands. In 1989 he became a Realtor and a few years later started his own company, Schaffer Real Estate. For years Bernie traveled the world which gave him invaluable insight into foreign cultures. He speaks German fluently. After 31 years of selling real estate in Harbor Springs, he is very knowledgeable of the local market and is known for his ability to match the perfect property to potential buyers and produce the results his clients expect. He lives on Lake Michigan with his wife, renowned artist Elizabeth Pollie. For the last seven years he has been a Director of the Emmet Board of Realtors and before that he served on the Grievance Committee for many years.

As General Manager for Harbor Sotheby’s International Realty, Linda is responsible for the day-to-day management of the business, ensuring that the office operations run smoothly. In her role she supervises the activities involved in the office, including implementation of procedures and policies, transaction coordination, the collection, processing and reporting of statistical and financial information and administrative support to the sales associates. Linda has been a licensed real estate salesperson since 2003, and is a member of the Emmet Association of REALTORS, the Michigan Association of REALTORS and National Association of REALTORS.
