We are also currently building the Great Lakes Center for the Arts, a 500 seat performing arts center in Bay Harbor, which is the finale of a 24 year journey transforming an old abandoned cement plan into a billion dollar resort community. 50% of my time goes into building and creating the greatest team of people that deliver the best generational lifestyle experiences. It is both the most frustrating and rewarding aspect of what we do and is the secret sauce when you get it right.
