Kristin is an associate broker with Harbor Sotheby's International Realty, specializing in Northern Michigan residential real estate, with a main focus on the Harbor Springs market. Her strengths include giving her clients personal attention, listens to their unique requirements and staying focused and involved at every step in the process. Kristin enjoys showing and listing properties and represents her clients with honesty and integrity. Her easy going, relaxed personality endears her to her clients, but she is always cognizant of her role to represent her buyers and sellers fully and completely in every transaction. Kristin attended Northland College as well as Northern Michigan University with studies in environmental science and biology. She is a graduate of Leadership Little Traverse and that experience gave her extensive knowledge of her hometown and all that Northern Michigan has to offer its residents. It proved to be an eye opening experience that propelled her to be appointed to the Harbor Springs Zoning Board of Appeals, in which she is currently the chair. As a Northern Michigan native, Kristin spends her free time skiing in the winter and spending time on the lake with her family in the summer. She was raised in Harbor Springs, and has worked with the resort community in various capacities throughout the years. Kristin's hospitality roots have effortlessly transferred over to her real estate career, affording her the art of customer service and community service. Kristin and her husband Jeff had a lifelong dream of owning a commercial building in downtown Harbor Springs. They opened Jeff's massage therapy studio, Ability Body in Motion in May of 2014, with great success. They have been married for over 20 years and have two high school age children, Isabel and Jayden.
